After re-reading the owner's manual, I tried my bluetooth again last night. The owner's manual suggests that you lower the volume on the incoming call, close all windows, redirect any a/c vents away from mic in order to avoid interference. Additionally, the manual suggests that the phone should be located in the open -- not in a pocket, glove box, or storage compartment. These actually helped!
For those who have no problems with their bluetooth, what is your volume set on for the incoming caller? Mine was on 10, but now it is set on 6.

Volume at 7 or 8 windowsup, sunroof open. I don't have any problems even at highway speeds.
I actually found vast improvement by moving my phone from my pocket to the center console (with the console open) pocket (not the big bin) - much fewer dropped calls.

Yeah, I agree. I'm thinking about investing in one of those Kuda holders like the one below.
My Bluetooth works flawlessly. Although I have not figured out yet (or bothered to read the manual) on how to pair my wife's Blackberry Pearl with my car using a different pairing code than mine so that we both can have our phones in the car and access to them via Bluetooth. Anybode have simple instructions here?

I've done everything described already (common sense to me...) and it doesn't help one bit. The bluetooth connection (mine at least) is worthless in my opinion.

Can you have two bluetooth phones connected at the same time ... I thought you have the option to pick from 1 out of 6, correct me if i'm wrong!

I happened to pair my Verizon Treo 700p to my Camry today. I didn't read the instructions. I set my phone in the center cup holder and followed the car's voice instructions. It took maybe 2 minutes.
My bluetooth is flawless. I had a 30 minute convo on it yesterday. In fact its too good. I went to go get gas earlier and forgot my phone was paired to my bluetooth. The phone rang and my bluetooth answered despite the fact I was several feet from my car and my cell phone was in my pocket! I had to run to my car to answer the call lol.
Mine works fine with my Blackjack and was fine with my Blackberry 8700 before that. I have also paired my wife's RAZR V3. My beef is the contact transfer. Even though my phone support push, and I can get it transfer one at a time...the information somehow gets jumbled on 1/3 transfers and needs to be manually edited or deleted and resent. Of course, it is all about the handshake between the phone and car's system so it is very dependant on the phone's OS.
