the differance is the marerial they are made out of. It's very important that the cover be breathable (yes, it can still be water proof) mositure trapped under the cover can do lots of damage to the car. I went with the tyvek cover from empire covers. its light weight and keeps the truck about 60 degrees cooler in the summer.
