OK, we don't agree with his choice in car modding. Give the guy a break. Sheesh. He's not hurting anybody like those ricers with the HID kits throwing glare everywhere.

But then again this causes unnecessary attention which can also leads to accidents. This is why it's illegal to have them on at night.
