Yes that is correct and very easy to change. When you are under the car and looking at the oil drain plug from the back of the car towards the front, the oil filter housing is located in front of the oil pan at about 2 o'clock. The directions to change it are located right on the toyota box and very easy to follow. The actual oil filter housing is made out of aluminum and if you are going to change it your self for the life of the vehicle, it is important to get the special tool from toyota so that you do not damage it.
