Gen6 Cosmetic Question
I was thinking of painting the body colored lip around the front grill black, to make it look a little more unique. Has anyone done this yet? If so can you post some pics?
If I don't paint the lip I was thinging of flat blacking the mesh in the grill to match the rest of the black on the fromt of the car.
Any suggestions?

I like the idea of flat blacking the mesh in the grille to match the rest better than painting it black.

Go find a black SE to trade grills with. You'll get your black and the black car will have a "GTI" style ring on the grill...
