I am looking at these wheels http://www.cosmic-inc.com/105-price.htm for my 07' SE Magnetic Grey Camry. I have the TRD drop. I wish to retain my ride quality so that is why I am thinking of going to a 18". But what do you think of the chrome ones. I think it will not look to getto with the five spoke chrome but I wonder what the weight differance would be. Also I have no clue what size/offset I need to go with. Or maybe these just don't fit??? Thank guys...
There really isn't any advantage to going larger. 18's are a great all around wheel and tire size. You still get a good ride and will actually have better handling in most cases over larger wheels. Not to mention the weight savings.
I've had my 18's for over a year and love them. I can't really comment on the difference over factory sizes as mine came with the 18's from SET.
EDIT: I love the wheels that you're getting. I think silver would look better than chrome for that particular wheel.
the local distributor in north america i believe is D2 autosport, but they are rebranded as MRR wheels. over here i dont think they come in size 18s though.
found that site a long time ago, maybe sometime last year. VIP stuff
Maybe I'm not looking in the right place, where are the prices??
The prices are listed in Japanese Yen. That symbol that looks like a Y with 2 horizontal lines through it indicates the price in Yen. 120 Yen is approx US$1. I'm not sure why there are two prices listed. One of them might be a wholesale price.
