It took nearly 20 seconds to get to 100 MPH. Yippy shit.
I dont know how you got 20 seconds . In the first video it takes about 15 seconds, and in second about 14 seconds. Which is pretty close to car magazines' tests of around 15 seconds for 0-100 test.

Actually the first one starts at about 10 mph and it's 15-16 seconds to get to 100 MPH. The second one appears that the video is slowed down until the car starts going and then is sped up. You're right, it takes just over 14 seconds to reach 100 from a stop.
I don't think that car is really accelerating that fast but I could be wrong.
The speedometer will also be a little bit fast at those speeds.
EDIT: It's closer to 17 seconds on the first one before it hits 100 MPH (I stopped the vid and it JUST hit 17 seconds). It's clear that the car was moving before the tape started but it might not have even been going quite 10 MPH.

Well hey, i'm not trying to argue or anything . I actually tried this about a month ago with a stopwatch. Reached 100mph in less than 14 seconds, but the freeway on-ramp was sloped downhill the first 500-700 feet. So thats why it was faster. But it was fun... pumps your blood...
