Body Side Molding Help

Hate to show my ignorance, but. Getting ready to put on the BSM. Calls for a measurement of 13.4 at front and 11.5 at rear. Question is is the point 4 and 5 of 10 or 12? Thanks in advance.

I had the same question last year when I installed mine. The measurement for the front measuring point is 13 3/8 inches and the ream measuring point is 11 1/2 inches.

I them followed the directions and they came out perfect. Remember to start the front molding at the rear opening edge of the front door and the rear molding at the rear opening edge of the door.

FiftysLost, everything in my above post is correct except got turned around on the starting point for the rear door. The correct starting point is the front edge of the rear door, not the rear edge.

Sorry for any confusion.

Well tell that to the guy who put in my downstairs tile. When he measured, he had x.10 and x.11, and after a second or two, I realized he meant inches, and not tenths of a foot, lol!

I installed my Camry BSM and the two-sided glue tapes is not sticking after about 2 weeks.

If you install it, make sure you press hard and clean the surface beforehand.

Now I'm at the point to decide if I will remove them (use dental floss as I heard around here).

Yes, it does look better w/o BSM.
