where is the PCV valve?

2002 Camry XLE - 4 cyl motor

where is the pCV valve.?

I removed the top cover (thats says vvt-i).... on the left found a hose that attached to a top of the manifold... but there is a screwed in metal part. I doubt if that is the PCV valve.

I thought VVT-I engines dont have PCV valves anymore, according to Toyota - anyone else can confirm this?

Gen6 Yes There is a PVC Valve!!

You have the part.

Check out:
<http://www.camrymanuals.com/>

Go to Gen 6

Then under: For 2AZ-FE models

Then select: Emission Control (1.8MB, 25 pages)

Lastly look at page EC-18.

This is a great site for information.

GOOD LUCK!!!
