We just bought our LE, and then stopped at Target and bought the ipod charger (which had the 3.5 outlet on it, so it goes through the docking port of the ipod rather than the headphone) and some 3.5 male wires. I also ordered the Ground Loop Filter from Crutchfields, and now wonder if it is really necessary. Last night when driving the new car, the Ipod system without the filter sounded perfect. I am wondering if I should send the filter back. Will it make that much a difference? I guess the only way to know is to try it out...maybe I just answered my own question. If anyone has any suggestions, please add.
