5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
When the '07s first came out there was a guy who lived a couple of streets over from me who had port holes on his car and it looked so sharp, I want to get them for mine. I was wondering has anyone put port holes on their '07 and if so where do you get them from and is putting them on the car something anyone could do?

^ i was thinking it wouldn't look good at all...ugly as a matter of fact...because the Thunderbird is a two door..and a classic...the Camry is a four-door...and..well a Camry...
If portholes were there to increase the airflow through the engine compartment to lower the underhood temperatures, and increase airflow through the radiator, I could see having them.
But if it's just for looks, and serves no functional purpose, I'd never consider them.

After drilling those portholes in the sides of the car, how about welding some tail fins on as well. That would really be kooool. Yep yep. And paint some flames on the fenders behind the wheels. Oh, and don't forget the sun visor over the front of the windshield. Had one of those on a 1951 Dodge. Man, it gave the car at least 4 extra horse power.
