Gen6 Passenger side wind noise

I've realized that when driving at highway speed there is wind noise coming from the passenger side even with the windows all the way up. I've had this car for over a year already and just realized this. Have anyone experienced this before? I'm thinking about taking it to the dealership to get it checked out but m uncle said it was just the fit and finish of the toyotas made in the US.

Did you ever find out what was causing the wind noise?

I also have some wind noise issues, but the dealer have been unable to figure why...

Wind Noise

Same here, I have not complained to Toyota yet. (their service scares me)
The noise seems to be from the front passenger door.

I would like to hear what others have experienced to fix this.

Let me throw my hat in the ring too. I've been hearing what sounds like wind entering the cabin when I'm at highway speeds and the radio is off. It sounds like there is a bad seal somewhere.

At what speed are you guys experiencing this noise? I too am having this problem but only at speeds above 80 mph. I guess at this speed, it's expected...

I have it coming from passenger rear door at speeds over ~50 MPH took it to the dealer they said they could not recreate the issue. Going to complain and see what happens. Keep this thread going.

I notice it the most when I'm on the highway going over 60 mph. I always turn up the radio so it can drown out the noise. I want to go to my dealer but I've been really busy at work and the shop is overly crowded on the weekends and the guy I deal with doesn't go on test drives because the shop is so busy on the weekends.

If I can't get them to work with my schedule, I may have to go to another area dealer so I can get this issue addressed.

Don't forget that air going over the car and around the mirrors, wipers, A,B, and C pillars, etc. makes noise.

Air/wind noise and an air leak are completely different.

Air/wind noise cannot be fixed.

Air leaks can be.

looks like this may become a notorious problem with the craftsmanship with Camrys made here in the USA. i also have a sound from the driver side window area too.

I have an USA Gen 5.5 also, with no problems at all.

I did get a noise from the SET side skirts directly behind the front tires. In a crosswind they would vibrate and sounded like an air leak/wind noise. I drilled a small hole on each side and inserted a plastic fastener to keep it from vibrating. Problem solved.
