rear suspension on gen 5

Hello, for all those who have a gen 5 lowered, I just got my teins and installed the front easily and pretty quick, but the rear got me confused, how do you get access to the bolts on top, is it underneat the rear speakers? the front has a nice drop btw,a 2 fingergap with the stock 16s, and about to put on some 18s once I get my homeboi to hook me up with some tires, but anyways any help is appreciated

Remove the seat bench, fold down the seatbacks... you need to remove the two pads on either side of the seat backs (vertical, next to the doors). There's a bolt on the bottom, remove it then push in (toward the trunk) and up to get it out. The strut towers are behind that.

ok...sounding kind of like a newbie but how do i remove the seat bench and the pad is that the pad that you can like step on to get in the car, or which pad are you talking about....also took some pics of the drop but can't seem to find the cord from my camera to my pc...grrr

also I never notice my hood until now so I'm guessing this happen after the install of the springs, my hood on the left side is slightly exposed, it will not close how it is suppose to, have any of you guys experiece that or know what it could be?

For the seat bench, just grab on either side and pull straight up so it pops out, then repeat for the other side. Fish the seatbelt latches out and remove it.

Then fold down the seat backs. The pads I'm talking about will be the two remaining parts of the seatback (which are attached with bolts at the bottom).
