Anyone ever heard of this site? Good or bad. They have the factory (seemingly) accessories for a LOT less that any of the dealers around here. If they are legit I will probably be ordering a few things from them. Thanks

Reason: typo
They are legit. I ordered a TRD rear sway bar from there if I'm not mistaken.

I have placed 2 orders with them and have had mixed results. I ordered my door sills from them and had no issues. I placed another order and was sent an e-mail informing me that items were on back order. I was able to find the items on http://www.trdparts4u.com/ so I sent an e-mail canceling my order. I received a reply stating the my order had been cancelled however 6 weeks later the ordered was shipped. I refused delivery and it took several e-mails and a phone call to finally get my card credited back.
I will not do business with them again based on this experience.

I am not sticking up for them but a lot of companies have automatic email replies and that is why you got the email that said your order has been cancelled. Obviously they did drop the ball and did not cancel your order but this is why you should always call and speak to a person because 9 times out of 10, there would not be an issue then.
I have ordered several items from them including the 18" TRD wheels and am very pleased with their service.

I actually exchanged 2 e-mails with Matt Lay (he runs thier internet sales) and he is the one that sent me the e-mail message confirming that the order had been cancelled. My issue is that when I recieved an e-mail that the order had been shipped anyway, I e-mailed Matt asking him the best way to handle the issue and recieved no response. I never did recieve a response just a credit back to my credit card. If you make a mistake with a customer you should at least make an effort to apologize not avoid them. This is just good business.

I dealt with these jokers before - toyotapartspeople.com. I was going to order some TRD springs from them for my Gen 5. I called before I placed my order to check on the part number issue. The guy I talked to was very nice and said everything would be fine. Afterwards, I realized that I wanted to also order a strut bar since I had enough cash. The guy then told me that he had access to the last TRD strut bar in transit and that it looked like TRD wouldn't be producing any more. I, thinking this seems like a nice enough guy, went ahead and got my order changed to also include the strut bar. He made it seem like by putting them on the same order that I had saved on shipping but after looking at the cost, I saved $0 on shipping! I was charged individual shipping for each item even though they were on the same order.
After going over my finances and considering the hills in my area, I decided TRD springs was not a good idea so I called back to see if I could remove the springs off of my order. I was just calling to see if it would or would not be an inconvenience. If he had said that it was an inconvenience, I would have went forward with the entire original order. Instead, I was greeted with an attitude by the initially friendly salesman on the phone. The entire tone of his voice had changed and clearly displayed his unwillingness to communicate in a professional manner. He told me that if he removed the springs from my order, he would not send me the strut bar either. So, I had had enough and I told him "Well, cancel the whole order then.". He said my receipt was in the mail and quickly hung up the phone without saying 'thank you', 'bye', or anything.
My money was credited back but based on this experience I will look to them LAST for my Toyota parts.

If you are referring to me........yeah I had a few requests but I am the customer and the customer is always right unless the customer is truly being a dick. I was being very considerate and I maintained a friendly tone the whole time. If he didn't agree with my request, he could have just told me it was not good for him or he couldn't cancel and I would have gladly gone through with the order.
If you are an asshole to customers like he was, I wouldn't deal with you either. If you can't deal with people, you shouldn't be in any form of sales IMHO.
