I am looking for 18 inch, 5 spoke silver rims but have no idea what I am doing. I know nothing about rims or tire sizes. The 18 inch rims seem to be one of the better sizes for the car imo. I do not like huge rims. I do not want to give up any ride quality at all. Is this possible?
How does all of this work? Exactly what do the numbers on the diffrent tire sizes stand for? What brands should I be looking into for tires/rims? I am probably looking to stay under 1200 or so but am willing to go to 1500.
Another question I have is about lowering the car. Exaclty how is this done and what will it cost me?

Lexus GS430 rims are 18" and have 5 spoke and are a perfect fit for Camry. You know the ride quality has to be there if they are on a Lexus, but a lot depends on the tires you buy. I got the wheels used for $500, then another $500 for tires. But I sold my Camry rims for $400, and I'll be able to use the stock Camry tires on my wifes car when she needs replacements, so really I only spent about $200 for this replacement.
As far as lowering, you can buy TRD springs from your dealer for about $225, and they can install them for about another $300. If you run the Lexus rims, you will have no problem lowering your car.
Here is a picture of my car, lowered with the Lexus rims.

The more I look at your rims the more I like it!

I do like the lexus rims and they seem extremely close to what I am looking for. Where can I find more info on the rims, pricing, so on. Can I just walk in and buy these from the dealer..?

It will be a lot cheaper to buy it from ebay.

I agree and you can't go wrong with the look of the Lexus wheels.
Ride quality will suffer a little bit. You should try to find a car with 18's and take it for a drive to see if it's acceptable. I have 18's on my '06 and love it. Going any larger is too much of a ride sacrifice for me.

I am looking for a set of those GS430 wheels as my second set. For my daily driving I will still use my current 20' but for a longer trip I will swap them out with those 18' for a more comfort ride. But I want the gun metal look which is harder to find. I think gun metal would offset my silver car better.

Alot of people like the looks of 20's or larger wheels. I don't. 19's is pushing it as far as I'm concerned. Metal weighs alot more than air and rubber. The shorter sidewall and extra weight hurt every single aspect of the cars ride and handling, not to mention braking and acceleration. I don't see any advantage to many of the large wheels. I'll never go larger than 18's.
