Gee... after looking at the pictures, that's a tough one. So I decided to vote to keep your current one in place. The 2nd one looks too cheap. At least to me it does. The 3rd one is too common.

How can the E and G grill be too common? More common than the stock LE or SE grills? I do agree with you that the billet looks cheap.

installation was pretty easy, just had to remove the front bumper (well not complete remove it) just removed it so i can shift it forward a bit so my hands can get access to the two screws on the side and to undo the 14 to 15 clips, and voila out goes the SE grille and in goes the hybrid grille!
here are the before and after pics!
Total cost $184.60 USD shipped to my door in Toronto, Canada!

Looks nice! Can't wait for mine to arrive next week.
For those who want the TCH grilles, toyotapartspeople.com
sell it for almost $8 cheaper.... That's where I got mine.
Not a big difference, but enough for a 6-pack Heineken.
Come to think of it, I've wondering if there are any CanadianToyota dealers that sell parts online.(at a discount, of course) If there is one, please let me know.... Thanks!
Might be one in Vancouver. My Toyota dealer gets all his pricing from one in Vancouver (for TRD parts that is) He also got some TRD pricing from California.
