yeah don't go to Palm Beach Toyota.

if you are looking to purchase a car, try Stewart Toyota in lake park (by riviera beach). i remember they're the only dealer in the area that don't charge "processing fee"

you could try Weston Toyota, moron-e network. Fight the processing fee, these bastards get money from the manufacturer for this crap. All that clean and fill up fluids that is bull. Its additional money in their pockets. Weston was alright, didnt have to fight that much.

Shouldn't have to fight with a dealer at all. Should try to build a relationship with them, and in the end it will work out better for the both of you.

No its not to buy.

We have a 07 Camry and every dealer is worse the next when it comes to service. King Toyota in Deefield Beach didn't perform a oil change that the car was brought in for and then when confronted the manager said the claim couldn't be verified.Checked the oil when it went in and same dirty oil was in it upon return. If King had a working brain cell they should have said if your not happy with the service bring it back and we will do it again. Instead now they they get bad mouthed at every chance we get.

Lipton in Oakland Park does change the oil upon request but it takes 5 hours or more and when it comes to warrenty work like a bad sensor like the tire monitoring sensor they are having problems correcting it and believe it or not after several months its still not fixed.

Besides all this the service advisors treat you like a piece of crap of worse. They all have a I don't care attitude . In fact during the last oil change after the car was done nobody would take the car out of the bay. Finally after complaining that the car was ready to go and sitting in the bay for close to a hour the advisior pulled it out. The oil change took 6 hours.

The other thing is if you have a appointment and your service advisor dosen't come in the dealer dosen't honor the appointment.Thats what Lipton did a few weeks ago.

We never had this problem with Mercury when we had our Grand Marquis so are shocked the way Toyota treats its customers here in South Florida. There we were treated like Kings and Queens.

So back to the beginning. If anyone knows a good dealer here in South Florida in the Fort Lauderdale area or nearby in Miami or South Palm Beach PLEASE let me know.

THANK YOU

I would give Lehman Toyota a try. Talk to their sales manager, Tony Soarez. I have heard good things about their organization. Its best to go in fully prepared and just stick to your numbers. But make sure that everybody agrees to use:out the door$$$$$-all taxes, prep etc to avoid those "suprises"

anyway ... i always take mine to Palm Beach Toyota. they tend to be expensive but they always do the work. they strive trying to stay on top in the whole Toyota dealership customer satisfaction thing so they do "attempt" to be as nice as possible.

i don't have issues with the majority of the service advisors. just one or two.

but either way i just try to be as nice as possible to them and they usually do the same to me.

they do have a good customer service manager who listen to complaints and what not. i remember one time she called to ask how was my service experience when i brought my car in for an oil change. i told her it's fine beside they forgot to put a new sticker on my windshield to remind me for my next oil change. she apologized, sent out another sticker and a certificate for a free oil change

edit: oh yeah .. NEVER go to Delray Toyota .. whether you need service or buying a new car. everyones there are assholes.
