what's the best place to hide a spare key on the '07 Camry? (on the outside)

what's the best place to hide a spare key on the '07 Camry? (on the outside,
with the car already locked)

Here are a few places that I looked, but haven't decided which is best yet:

(1) glue it behind the black cover(non-foglight)
(2) behind the rear license plate
(3) somewhere behind the rear bumper

any other suggestions? thanks!

Put a small cap in there and use an induction charging system. Contactless charging

If you have an SE, tape it underneath and behind the rear bumper skirt. There is like this lip thing underneath, so can put it there.

If you put the key behind the black plastic cover where the fog light goes, you can't get to it without removing the panel under the bumper.

Check the area at the back of the front hood. Just to the right side of the washer squirter. There is a flat spot that a magnet will attach to. Locate it where the wiper arm won't hit it, but still will be visable from the drivers seat (?) AND still accessable from the outside (Don't pop the hood for the tests.). GOOD LUCK!!!!

tape it inside the gas filler cover...

that way there's no chance of it falling off...

but then we can't open the gas filler cover without opening the door and pulling up on the gas filler cap release..

Why would you need to put your spare key on your car? Keyless entry makes the chance of locking yourself out of your car very, very low.

Suggestion

Your local Toyota dealer should have 'wallet' keys, basically flat plastic card the same size as a credit card, the plastic key opens the doors just fine.
