Gen6 Titanium color discontinued for upcoming '08 Camry? What does new silver look like?

saw this on another Camry Hybrid forum... apparently the current "Titanium" color will
be discontinued for the '08 Camrys. There will be another silver color. Does anybody
know what it will be called and what it will look like? Thanks!

that's the only thing that's going to be changed on these cars, they're drop a few colors and add a few more. pretty common.

And it's not "titanium" it's called Magnetic Grey and the silver is just classic silver.

Barcelona looks nothing like that. In fact these colors are pretty off in terms of how they look in real life.

Titanium is the most common Camry on road. I can't believe they will discontinue that color. I think they simply change the name from Titanic to Classic or Millenium or something like that.

I believe you've just provided answer to my question!

I love silver cars. The manufacturers can call it titanium, silver, millenium silver, reflex silver, platinum, or whatever.... I still love it....

There is a reason that silver is the most popular color for cars. Studies have shown that it is one of the safest colors. I guess people who buy silver tend to be more conservative drivers. Also, silver is easily seen on the road by other drivers. Insurance companies will provide lower quotes for a silver car compared to a black car of the same make/model.

It looks pretty similar to what it looks like in real life, just a bit darker. After all, these arent actual photos of Camry's with each color.

Silver shines? I'm sorry but silver color doesn't have nearly the depth or richness as a clean, waxed, polished black or dark blue, or darker colors.

But it is in between black and white color. So it still shine (yes, less shiny than dark color) but a lot less daily maintenace than dark color. I owned black car and white car before and now silver car. It's a happy in between the 2 worlds.
