Gen5 Need Throttle Body Fast!!

I recently check the codes on my sisters 04 camry because it was sputtering and would stall
had codes for throtle vavle stuck open or closed and one from a dealer is $783.62 which my sister cannot afford i thing this is bull $h!t of the highest degree

i have worked in the automotive industry for about 6 years and this is crazy

is there any help that anyone can offer

If that is really the part you need, and I presume there is a way to test it, the online dealers will sell it to you cheaper. Toyota of Dallas has it listed for 541.78. You might find it cheaper elsewhere. Check the web for used fuel system parts and you might find it through a junk yard.

is the tb off a 07 the same as the 04 looks like same engine but not sure

No. Part you need is for a 04-06.

check the EGR Valve as well...ya never know that might be the prob. mine is shot and my car stalls..replacing it next week, i have the part ordered from Toyota Dallas. they were the cheapest i could find..for almost any part i searched.
