Taking out the Rear Toyota Emblem?

I tried taking out the rear toyota emblem on my 2007 camry SE by using floss and etc. but it seemed not to work. So I popped the trunk and look underneath. It looks like something is attached to the back. I don't it is a clip on like the front emblem, but some white stick is popping out where the emblem is. Im trying to take it out and black it out to match my tints. Anyone have a clue wut to do?

Dont take it out. The main emblem isn't glued like the others. Its held by like maybe 3 prongs. If you do get it off, you'll see some holes in the trunk.
