cabin air filter and Weak air con

When you set your air flow to recycled, does it bypass the cabin airfilter???

Also, do you guys find the 2002 Camry's air condition very weak??

Using your pressure gauge set, check the low and high sides. That should tell you if you are low on refrigerant for some reason. At 85 degreeds ambient temperature you should see something in the ballpark of 32-38 psi on the suction side and 175-200 on the pressure side. If charging to full and then experiencing a loss later on you need to look for a leak.
