is out according to toyota website. picture wise the car looks the same. hopefully they were able to fix the transmission.

btw does the XLE fog lights the same setup as the camry SE's?

Just because 2008 rolled around does not mean they fixed the transmission issue whatever it might be. Toyota has applied all TSB and fixes during production that have arose. It doesn't make much sense to wait a year or more to fix problems on the production line because that means more cars to fix later.

I agree, and since they didnt really change anything, the production line is probably exactly the same as it was with the '07's. I couldnt imagine Toyota would continue producing faulty '07 transmissions just so they could wait for the next years model to come.
