burning smell

hello everyone. just got my 07 camry se. I noticed that a few hours or miles of driving
I notice a bad burning smell, should i be concern about it or should i just leave it the way it
is. Has any1 experience this? thanks in advance

The most common source of a burning smell is a plastic bag goes under the car and clings to the exhaust.

It's a possibility anyways.

all the new cars that I've had, all had a burning smell the first few miles/hours of driving. I was told this is normal in a new car. They said its part of the breaking in process of the engine. *Shrugs*.

This is the cause. It's very common in new cars. Just the burning off of various things that have clung to the car during production(excess fluids spilled inside, dripped sealant...)
