Hi, i was wondering if the oil filter for the Toyota Camry 2006 would be compatible with the Camry 2007?

For the 4 cylinder, yes. For the 6 cylinder, no.

The V6 is a element(cartridge) filter not a spin on.

Wow, dude... no.

Gen 5 V6 was a 1MZ-FE... Gen 5.5 V6 was a 1MZ-FE and 3MZ-FE in some models... Gen 6 V6 is a 2GR-FE--- a completely different family of engines.
