tC T/C on 07 Camry?

Well, is it possible to use a Scion tC turbo charger on a 2007 Camry since they have the exact same block? I was thinking greddy T/C.

So can it happen?

Talking about the kit, or just the turbocharger?

Just because it uses the same block doesn't mean it will fit. Fitment will require a good amount of modification. You're better off going with a custom setup IMO.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

placement will be off, will need custom piping all around, maybe custom headers depends the way you go, otherwise you can use al lthe parts from it, I'd say built a custom one thats what I'm doing once I have some more money and time avail.

NO. Headers WILL NOT fit. At the block they will... down bottom they will not.

I thought we made that point clear, the botom is much less of an adjustment than getting all custom headers

Its not an adjustment... it doesn't fit at all at the bottom. Nobody wants cut-and-welded headers, especially not in a force induced system.

well besides cutting the headers you could just make a small pipe with two flanges to account for the difference without a substantial difference, cutting headers wouldn't be the smartest idea, I agree

WELL... I was definitely putting forth some interest in it... but what I decided was on either of 2 things... I'm either going to get another daily driver in a bit and then do an engine rebuild with forged internals and a custom turbo setip... OR... once my 2AZ-FE dies basically (which probably won't happen for a long time if Toyota's reputation for longevity holds up), I'm going to do an engine swap (w/ forged internals and a turbo setup) and a 5sp swap at the same time.

well at least you have 1-15 years to save up for a decent turbo cause that engine isn't going anywhere :-)
