Gen5 New Boss Audio Radio Install NEED HELP!

Hey guys,

I just installed a Boss Audio BV7980 in my 2004 Toyota Camry. I did all the wiring properly, I'm able to watch movies and listen to music, however my AM/FM stations have no signal. Where is the antenna cable that I hook up to the Aftermarket unit? I know on the Harness I saw a blue wire labelled Antenna, is that the only antenna plug in? Or am I missing something because my AM/FM tuner is nothing but fuzz and snow. Pls help ASAP!

Joe

u should have removed it off of your old headunit.. on my JBL unit, there were 2 cables that were blue that looked like antenna wires.. only one of them fit in the antenna wire of my new headunit.. did u not plug it in?

It should look like a headphone jack...liek the ones off guitars. YOu should pull it off your existing radio..and plus it into the female end on the aftermarket radio.
