Removing Body Side Molding

I just picked up my new SE. Unfortunately in my region the options are packaged and I ended up with body side moldings (BSM). I'm not a huge fan, and I would like to remove them. I assume that it is applied with an adhesive tape post production - so I think it should be straight forward. Can I use the blow dryer/fishing line approach? Any thoughts? Thanks-

Could do. Assuming I have the guts to take them off, you can have them. Magnetic grey metalic is the color.
