actually if you are the kind of person that wastes their time entering stupid contests you ought to know there is no legal basis whatsoever to win ANYTHING unless you have paid "consideration" first! Thats what makes a winning lotto ticket a legally enforcable contract, for that matter even one penny would be enough technically.
If you enter a radio contest for free you havent paid any consideration so no legal basis and you would just be wasting money on lawyers, cause the judge would probably just throw it out of court anyways.
