So... I'm not sure what you're asking... you want suggestions for a retrofitter? Or for fixing the beam pattern? The beam pattern cannot be changed without taking apart the halo headlamps and either messing with the shield or making a whole new one. But I wouldn't even bother with those.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

+1... Either find a retrofitter in your area or retrofit youself. Then sell the halo lights on ebay when you're done.

I don't think I've ever really heard of retrofitting done at shops. All the retrofitters that I've known, professional and otherwise, were really independent contractors that just worked in their garage. You should head to HIDPlanet and register for the forums-- they have retrofitters all over the place, and I wouldn't be surprised if there was one in Philly. Otherwise, you can always have the headlamps shipped out to one of the retrofitters. BTW, do you have a Gen 5 or Gen 6?

A lot of good info over at HIDplanet forum. Spend some time there researching and you might end up doing the retrofit yourself - like me.

I agree. Retrofitting really isn't as difficult as it seems-- its just a matter of having a plan of how you are going to do it, and a matter of the courage to pick up a dremel and start cutting crap out.
