Canada Sought out Question, over and over - Rust Proofing

OKay, I wanted to know what people have done to their 07s Camrys. Has anyone rust-proofed it, and what did they use. And what are peoples' opinions on oil based as opposed to waxed based ones. ie. Krown/Rust Check. A vendor is pushing me for diamond-kote (www.diamondkote.com). I'm still deciding what to use or if any. Oil is too messy for me, have been using it on my Corolla, but every year have to spend $119 to re-apply. Need some sound agruments so I can have my ride last as long as my Celica (now its stored, so doesn't have to see the Ontario winter salts).

Comments/Arguments are welcomed.

Harv.

Cool Some Advice

Suggestions from a site, basically take it for what its worth....

http://money.cnn.com/2003/12/02/pf/a...ucts/index.htm

I'm going to follow these suggestions, maybe save some money along the way for upgrades to to the rest of my stable of cars. ie. HIDs, Nav, rims and tires, fix the air-con on the Celica etc.

This publication is inline with AAA position. Note that CAA and, for sure, APA have completely different position in respect to rust proofing. All these organizations suppose to serve us as their members, not the industry. I hope they do it. Thus, my conclusion is geographic and climatologic aspects are completely different for the most of served members in these two counties.
