You can usually google or search these forums for something.

It's actually pretty simple:
Take off all possible metal/plastic screws.
Pre-heat to 400 degrees.
Turn off.
Put in headlamp, make sure it doesn't touch any sides of oven.
Leave in for 10 minutes.
Remove and use a flathead to take off lens.
Repeat if necessary.
