Australia Buddy Club 15 inch rims...WOW!

Hi All,

Just thought I'd share this with everyone.

I was looking for a good set of very light-weight 15 inch rims for my Gen 5 Camry. After nearly 1 month of research, I came across the Buddy Club P1 Racing QF rim. I was very happy to see that they made one in a 15 x 7.0 size. What I didn't expect and what really blew me away was its weight. Buddy Club market this rim as an "Ultra Lightweight Rim" so I decided to find out more. On the Buddy Club website (www.buddyclub.com.au), they claim that the weight of this rim was 9.13 lbs!!!! whilst still maintaining structural rigidity. I found this claim a bit dubious so I decided to go down to one of their dealers to check out the weight for myself.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised to find that I could actually lift the rim up with 1 finger!! Surprisingly very, very light!!

After much haggling, I managed to get the price down to AUD$1650 for a set of 4 rims. Sadly, he didn't have the colour I want in stock, only had the White so had to order the Gunmetal greys. Should have them in the next week. Pic below:

Yeah, those wheels are pretty light. Great choice in wheels.
