Door Panel Removal

Recently the interior door handle on my '03 has broken. I have taken all the screws off the panel (2 at the bottom, 1 in the handle cup, 1 in the arm rest, and 1 under the arm rest). All of the clips have also popped out of the holes along the bottom and sides.

Can anyone tell me how to get the handle off and the clip at the very front/top corner of the door panel? I have pulled on the handle assembly and am not comfortable applying any more pressure.

use a flat head screwdriver to pry out the back part of the handle. its a cup-like piece that will slide out.. pry between the lock/unlock knob and the plastic piece..
