looking at it now i think i should have left the low beam and turn signal circles chrome.
the projector makes the headlight look to dark.
here is a run down of what needed to be done. i was going to make a DIY thread but really didnt have time for pictures. i know it may not help much but here it is.
07 Camry black headlight mod Items needed: Plastidip (used only one can) Goo Gone (to clean up any sealent mess) Ge Silicone II (make sure you get clear)
1) remove bumper there is a diagram on this just take the screws out and pull the bumber off
2)remove headlights 3 screws total on each light you cant miss them
3) remove all headlight components this means light bulbs and seals, leave the black vent cap and do not touch the metal headlight adjustment screws
4) pre-heat oven to 300*F then turn off insert headlight for 10min
5) pry headlight apart make sure you have taken all the phillips screws off, start at one end with a screwdriver then with your hands
6) seperate components inside headlight remove the chrome part from the headlight cover and remove the metal piece, youll see it
7) paint lights were needed
8) allow ligts to dry i used platidip and it dries fast
9) reassemble all components in light in reverse order
10) pre-heat oven to 290*F then turn off insert headlight in installation postition for 8min
11) press headlight together add screws as fast as possible
12) add sealant after headlight is fully assembled if it gets messy it can be cleaned up so dont worry
