a question about 07 Camry

My newly bought 07 Camry CE sometimes experienced a jerky downshift when the car decelerates from 40 to 20. It makes me feel like the 4th to 3rd gear shifts abruptly when the speed drops from 40 to 20. It happens only when I take my foot off the gas pedal and let the car slows down without depressing the brake. 07 Camry V6 seems to have transmission problems. But my CE is four cylinder. Is it a normal phenomenon? Or I'm just too sensitive to the downshift process during deceleration? Anyone has similar experience?

Thanks a lot for your information. But the TSB was released in August 2006 and my car was manufactured in June 07. So I suppose they've corrected the problem on newly made cars. Why does my car still have this problem? My car's VIN is in between the VINs of TMMK Line 1&2 on the TSB, does that mean my car is also affected?
