under body lights question & interior light swap

hey all I was woundering if the underbody lights were illegal in cali? (if certain colors maybe some are banned while others arnt duno)

My guess is they are illegal when you car is in motion. It is legal when your car is park. So you can turn them on while parking and turn them off while driving.

Edit: Sorry, I meant to said "It is legal when your car is park". It was too early in the morning, the caffein hasn't kick in yet!

-- I dunno, i'm not a real big fan on body mods -- furthest I'll go is spoiler, and even that would be factory -- I'm a bit of a sleeper fan though so that would be why I think that doesn't look good.

Lammy, you are correct. And this actually goes for all 50 states, not just California.
