will 15" rims fit a gen 6camry SE? Im pretty sure it should clear the disc breaks. can anyone verify?
Im actually looking now to find some steelies for wintertime if 15" dont fit i know for sure 16's will. If i do get 16's should i get the P215/60R16 size? (stock camry 16" size) or should i get a thinner tire?
I tried getting 15s for winter rims/tires for my '02 and they wouldn't clear the brakes, i had to go with 16s. and i got 215/60/16...or 65 i can't remember, but it's one of them two.

What...most of the '02s come with 15s so this makes no sense justin

Why would you want to downgrade to 15" from standard 16"?
i actually have 17"s but im not buying nice rims but steelies and these would be for the winter. So 15" would be cheaper and tire cost tire cost would also be cheaper.

Come to think of it...you're right it doesn't make sense...yet again the screw me outta more money
CamrySExxx i believe i have 205/60or 65...i'd check but they're way up in the garage loft. but when i get my car back tonight i'll check my service receipt and let you know for sure.
Yes waaaaaay better traction, just don't feel over confident with them if you do you'll get into a bit of trouble lol...i know this for a fact. But stoping distance is way shorter. just be sure to get them off as soon as you know the snow is gone for good, to save the life of them. Which brand were you looking at again? (too lazy to scroll and in a rush out the door) I have Michelin X-Ice my dad researched snow tires for months lol and these were the best. They are a bit more expensive though.
I'll get you the tire numbers when i get home from taking pics of my car with lowering springs wooo
im actually not sure what brand yet. I dont think were going to get michelins though, dont like them too much :p. Im thinking the bridgestone blizzak ws50
OR unless i find a cheap car ill just get the beater :p but so far it looks like im getting winter tires

the Blizzak were 2nd on the list lol so still good tires. I checked the bill of sale, and they never put the size or rim or tire...When my dad gets home from work i'll ask him he'll remember because he got the same on his Matrix.
