Gen6 07 I4 Engine Clicking/Ticking Noise

I have an 07 Camry with an I4 engine and there are times when I am drving with the two front windows down and I hear a ticking/clicking noise coming from the engine as if the engine is brittle. Im not sure if I am describing it right or not, but is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Please let me know. thanks

Can you try to video it? Is it only happens when you accelarate? Does it make noise in the morning when you first started the car? How long does the noise last? More details please.

Well i think i only notice it when it is warm/hot outside, and occurs when i push on the gas pedal (not acceleration). Im not sure how long it last for. Its a quite noise that can be noticed if you pay attention to it. thanks

Its probably normal valve train noise, or normal injector noise (some of them make a clicking sound when they are functioning)

What you are describeing is completly normal. all the 2AZ-FE engines tend to make that noise in the low to mid rpm range

You prolly don't need to worry about your engine for another 250 000 miles or so...
