Gen6 New eyelids... need advice *Pics included of course*

So I was sporting blue batmobile eyelids for a while and it didn't satisfy me in the sporty department, so i made my own..

Before (Blue Bat)

After (Custom)

For those who think it's too low, this is the cut off with the eyelids

With hi-beams

Now the question is... should I leave if black or get a metallic silver vinyl to put over... it does match the tinted strip on my windshield... need inputs

I'm not feeling it. It's too thick for me. It also makes your car look sleepy. (unless that the look you're going for) I like the old one better.
Edit: Why did you move your front license plate to the right? Knowing you there has to be a valid reason.

I think it's a little too thick around where the turn signals are... a compromise between what your old ones were and what you got now might look a little better imo... I dunno it looks like the new ones kinda wrap around the lights more than the old ones (as opposed to following the lines of the headlights).

I'd say paint match em, although it'll probably make it look even more sleepy...

(all personal preference though, go with what you like)

I'm trying to go for look aggressive without looking sleepy look by covering the chrome rings at an angle... the beauty of making them thick is i can trim off the excess to my liking... old ones didn't cover the rings enough as I wanted them to...

Front license plate is solely for aesthetics... i got caught without one a while back without it, so i put it on offset to be different

If you are going for an aggressive look, you need to remove the offset license plate, or put it back to the middle. I also like the original blue bats.

I like your old ones better because they're colormatched. But your new ones do make your ride look more aggressive.

What's up with that license plate anyways?

Why is it off to the side? It doesn't seem to fit very well in that position.

The eyelds look good. I can see someone using that to lessen the glare if one decided to put on rebased HIDs.

But the bracket needs to get centered or taken off IMHO. It looks out of place where it is.

I think the old ones were better. However if your car must wear these ones, paint them body color.
