Holy cow. Glad to see you walked away from that accident. Only 5 days in jail for that reckless driver??? There is no justice. Should be like 15 months.

I didn't try driving/starting it again... the engine caught fire in the accident, and it was deemed a total loss by AAA, and that's saying a lot since the value of the car pre-accident was estimated at 18k (and it's an '05 bought in December '04).

That was horrible, but i'm glad they caught up with the driver of the red civic and got him put in jail for a few days.
