I dont know much about invoice pricing and stuff, but i'll tell you this. Dont get the tint and spoiler at the dealer. They will rip you off. Get the car as is, order a spoiler from www.toyotapartsstore.com/product_info.php?products_id=5644 for $212 instead of $399 MSRP (dont forget to get it color-coded ), then take it to a shop that does tinting, and all kinds of aftermarket stuff, have them install it, and get your car tinted. You will save quite a bit of your money. Besides the dealer takes your car to a shop just like that, and gets the same job done. But you have to pay their marked-up prices.

Stick with dealer's invoice price which is equal to edmunds's invoice plus ~$350 or couple hundreds more if you really want the car. If you can the car at dealer's invoice then add those options in (also at invoice price), they will save you ton of labor cost unless you can install them yourself. Best of luck!!!

I just bought a New 07 SE V6 Retail for 22,496. So that difference between the 08 and the 07 is really bringing that price up.
