Question gen 5 brake problem?

hey guys,
i recently noticed that my brakes kinda surge.
it happens when i am traveling at very slow speeds, i mean, when i am just inching up and kinda tap on the brake but not all the way...the pedal seems to shake or "surge" a little. is this normal!?

brakes

I have a gen5 also and notice the same thing...usually only while getting out of the parking lot , it happens maybe once or twice..strangely it's at the same spot..I guess because I use my breaks there the first time while in Drive mode. I don't really notice it in everyday driving.

thnx mosquito,
if you want, give it a try..just a little tap on the brake peddle while going very very slow. it's weird...
i am going to paint my calipers this week and now i am having second thoughts since if it is a problem, i don't want my warranty to be void...will it?

I tried to reproduce it but couldn't...if you can at anytime, you can take it to the dealer and drive with someone and they will let you know or if you had a good salesperson ask him if you can drive another gen5 and try to reproduce it there

I don't know about the warranty, sorry

yeah...maybe i should take it to the dealer.
i have about 5000km on it but it has happened since i got the car.
furthermore, they might just blame it on my calipers since i recently painted them...i dunno if my dealership is cool with that.
