Gen6 Pictures Of Diy Hid < Someone Post Please!

HEY guys, ive tried searching on to installing HID kit into the gen6rys, i cant find any pictures. my mate gave me a working ballast + wiring harness, but i rekon its one of those cheap ones. does anyone have any pictures of diy installation? thanks heaps if anyone helps!

I did mine in less than 20 minutes..the thing that takes most time is locating space for actual box...other than that, btw it is my 3rd car I installed HIDs on and by far it is one of the simplest installs. No relay kit. Good luck.

No relay??? Does that mean you are pulling power from you stock harness. If so, you are looking for a few issues down the line.

Even though HIDs may pull only 35w instead of 55w in the long run the initial power surge can damage your stock wiring and significantly decrease the life of you stock harness, not to mention viod your lighting warranty.

Check out HIDPlanet.com for more info. There are lots of guys on here that know about HID setups too.

when it comes to HIDs, dont skimp out by using cheap plug and play kits =\. And please cover those squirrel spotters as suggested.
