Gen6 Speed sensors - technical question

Where are the engine speed and vehicle speed sensors located in a 2007, 4 cylinder automatic Camry?? I have removed every visible sensor in the engine compartment, and the speedo and tacho still work!! Are they now wireless eg bluetooth?? In the older Camry the vehicle speed sensor was located on top of the differential housing. There is a blanking plug there on the 2007 model and NO wires. So how do you monitor the vehicle speed electronic signal that the speedometer works off?? There must be somewhere you can put an osciliscope to measure that signal?

Thanks
John

One on each wheel hub, now why would you want to measure the signal on a brand new car?

Thanks for that. We run a skills training program for disadvantaged people. They are taught basic electronics and then cars are used for practicals. A range of cars are used to show the advance of technology. We have staff bring in cars to demonstarte this. So we can look at the old speedo cable, the hall effect sensor which produces a square wave with the frequency as a measure of axle speed and now these new wheel sensors. We have been able to measure the output no problems. I guess Toyota was able to delete 1 sensor and use the traction control sensors to double as the speedometer sensors.
Anyway thanks for your help.
