5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Hey,
Iam sure there may be a couple of theses threads around, but I could not find one though search, so here geos.
After my 01 Corolla started craping out last night, I decided to go out and get a 07 or 08 Camry, and was wondering if you guys could post some of your Drive Out prices, so I have better "fire power" when I go to get mine this weekend. Here is what I was thinking....
07 Or 08 Toyota Camry SE - No options.
If at most, I will get a sunroof, but I drive a Corolla LE right now, and it has seemed to work out perfectly for me with the options it has, and thought why spend more... Thought of the LE in the Camry, but just stright up like the way SE looks.
so any feedback is good, around what to expect and what you guys paid, that way I can get my thoughts ready on what to expect to pay.
People will post all kinds of crap with prices. This will also turn into a "I got the best deal" boast forum. People also tend to leave out the fact the dealer "stole" their trade-in. For fair price comps - look at www.fitzmall.com. Good prices that you should be able to get in the metro Atlanta area. A good price is one you are satisfied with. Don't beat yourself over the deal when it's done. Shop around, request internet qoutes via Edmund's. If you hate dealing just use Costco, AAA or Cars Direct and get a fair/OK deal. You should be able to do better if you are straightfoward and preapproved on a loan with no trade. There is truth to the fact you can get a better deal if you buy at the end of the month. Enjoy the car and don't be shy about asking for a little something (oil changes, all wx mats, etc) before signing the deal. Good luck on your purchase.

Yep, fitzmall.com has the best prices I've seen, and I used a print out on an identical car to get my car.

What are monthly payments?
Why pay interest on debt for a depreciating asset? If you can't afford to buy it outright...you can't afford it...that's how I was raised.
