Swapping out 2008 LE gauges for XLE?

Hey everyone,

After three years with my 2005 Subaru Legacy GT, which vibrates like Paris Hilton's bedroom, has paint that chips when you look at it, and interior bits made out of recycled juice boxes, I'm thinking of getting rid of it and buying a new Camry V6 LE (my first one was a 1993 that gave me 220k miles of service)

The only thing that I don't really care for is the gauges... I like the ones on the XLE, but the price premium for the XLE is $5k more for stuff I don't really need. Is there a way to swap out the gauge cluster from an XLE to an LE? Does anyone know where I can purchase one?

Thanks!

I'd like to know as well, but seing as how it's all digital i'm not sure how you would go about changing the mileage to what your car currently has.

You can buy it from the dealer, but they would probably charge you anywhere from $500-$1000.

I would be that it would be plug and play. I'll be the wiring harness is the same. They probably just use a different cluster. The entire cluster would probably just swap out with the new one. I'm not 100%, but somebody at the dealer might be able to verify.
