I was wondering how would u take out the exisitng glass surrounding the odometer and the glass covering the place where u shift gears??? The reason I am planning to replace it is because there is bubbles popping out in the glass and I cannot seem to wipe it out with windex or water

pretty sure toyota doesn't use glass for the trim anywhere, except for the windows. are you referring to the plastic covering the gauges and the gear shift trim? if you are, refer to the manuals stickied here:
these are the full repair manuals, you'll be able to find instructions on how to take those things out.
FYI, for future cleaning of said areas, i wouldn't use windex. its a bit harsh on soft plastic over time.... i would just use warm water with some mild soap.

Do u know of any cleaning solutions that will get rid of it?? Does ur plastic odometer casing have scratches?? I was stupid and the first time I tried get rid of the dust I used a paper towel after that it scratched everything. Do u think air compressors work wonders for those
Use a mircofiber towel only to clean. Bubbles in the plastic? That shouldn't be possible. Are you getting crazing on the surface? Anything happening on the surface can be polished out with a good paint polish and some elbow grease. Again, only use mircofiber.

I did buy a microfiber towel and it just made it worse with a bunch of scratches
Meguires makes a good product called PlasticX (or something like that). It gets scratches out of plastic easily. I've used it on several thinks including window tint.
You would think Toyota would use a harder plastic that doesn't scratch as easy. If you fart in the car that plastic gets scratched...
It's still there. I haven't touched it. Compressor would help you at all.
