my god man, i must say, that is a f&*$ing sweet camry man. I understand exactly why you'd "boost" the rear. even mine with the eibachs has an ever so slight tendency to sit/sag a bit lower in the rear, not enough for me to really be bothered but it is there. it was a reality for me whenever i used a lowering spring set (also happened to me with an eibach kit on my ol' mazda and an apex kit on my ol' civic-which i swapped with coilover sleeves)

Question though...do you get any weird clunks/noises in the rear with those boosters on. It actually looks workable and i commend on the inginuity

As far as I know, you can't tell it's a 5.0 from the side, so I'm not sure what the difference would be?

No clunks or noises at all. They are in there so tight, that I can't move the left one without jacking the wheel off the ground and shoving another scissor jack in the spring sideways to open it up. The right one will slide along the coil upwards with the wheel off the ground with hand force. They are not going anywhere.

Oh, and if anybody wants to do this, it's easy.

Jack up one side, put a jack stand underneath
Take the jack, collapse it completely, turn it upside down and shove it into the spring sideways, like a wedge
Jack an opening into the spring
Decide ahead of time how much boost you want, and put the boosters together in that height (you can always change it). Use a vise - it will help you torque the botls down nice and tight.
You will probably need to trim the bolts (they will hit the other coils, I took an inch off each) using a grinder or cutoff disc
position them and then collapse the jack
Lower the car and give it a day for everything to settle
Adjust by doing everything in reverse then forward again.

It's really easy, just make sure the bolts don't touch a spring seat (top or bottom) - the bolts should point to the middle of the spring.
