Ummm... I know they changed a color name... lol. They may have included a few minor bug fixes like a few rattles.

To sum it up... nnnnnott much at all. I am interested if there are any actual changes though.

The main change for me is resale value

Just today I put side by side a 2007 SE V6 next to a 2008 SE V6 both in Silver and nobody could tell the difference.

Do you mean difference in the paint? Because there were no other noticeable exterior or interior changes.

Generally, 08s are better since the first year of cars always seem to have little bugs that haven't been worked out.

I would only go with an '08 because of the resale value, even though the car is basically the same anyways. I dont even know if they worked out any of the bugs i.e. squeaks, rattles, etc.

^Yeah. I have no clue about these cars as I don't have one. But in general, the first year for every car make has problems/bugs.

^Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying all of the cars will have problems. It just seems like the first years have many more bugs than the rest.
